TailCurl is an under-development library for archiving and showcasing artistic works featuring anthropomorphic characters ("furries"). The content displayed is a demonstration of our creative vision. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to stay tuned for updates on our progress.
The platform operates under U.S. jurisdiction, primarily in Nevada. Users agree that disputes or legal matters shall be governed by U.S. Federal and Nevada state laws.
The platform is intended to serve individuals within the United States. Users accessing the platform from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and must comply with their local laws and regulations. The platform and its maintainers do not guarantee that the content or services comply with laws outside the United States. By accessing the platform from outside the U.S., users consent to their data being transferred to the United States for processing and storage, acknowledging that their data may not receive the same privacy protections afforded by their local, national, or regional laws.
The platform is dedicated to fostering artistic expression, which may encompass various forms such as illustrations, animations, and written content. This content may include adult themes, nudity, sexual material, and potentially controversial subject matters. Additionally, certain content may depict underage characters ("cubs") or non-anthropomorphic animals ("ferals") in sexual or explicit situations. Users accessing the platform affirm they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material in their jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that some content may include potentially controversial or unsettling themes and that their decision to engage with such content is entirely voluntary.
The platform and its maintainers are not liable for user actions, content uploaded by users, or interactions between users. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its maintainers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate user accounts, remove content, or take other actions deemed necessary to enforce these terms and protect the platform's integrity. Furthermore, by accessing the platform, users agree to release the platform's maintainers from any liability associated with objectionable or offensive artistic material, as protected by U.S. Constitutional rights.
Users may upload and share content on TailCurl, but copyright ownership remains with the original creators. Creators and maintainers reserve the right to remove or modify uploaded content. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading commercial, private, paywalled, or otherwise restricted content without explicit permission from the original creator. Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content complies with U.S. copyright law.
Maintainers strive to label and categorize content accurately but are not liable for user actions or misuse. While posts may undergo processing by maintainers, this does not imply endorsement nor absolute approval. Processing helps to enforce basic publication standards, such as proper labeling and adherence to axiomatic guidelines, but users remain accountable for appropriateness and accuracy of the content they upload. Users are strongly encouraged to report any content violating the platform's policies or U.S. law to help uphold platform integrity.
